The owners of Casa Gemma are happy to host you and communicate you the following rules

 ………

1. Booking of the vacation

Bookings made via e-mail or mobile phone are just availability requests. Casa Gemma will be effectively booked only when receiving the confirmation of the payment of the deposit.

Casa Gemma is currently not empowered to accept credit cards.

 ………

2. Arrival

On arrival all guests must provide a valid ID document for registration and pay the entire outstanding balance for their stay. After arrival, no refund is made for early departures or cancellations, for whatsoever reason, if not previously comunicated.

On arrival a bond of 200 € is requested. It will be given back at the end of the Holiday if no damage has been done to any part of the house (for further information see the referred section).

On arrival the keys of the gate and of the house will be given to customers. Please be careful not to lose them, as their replacement will cost you 150€ that will be full charged.

To avoid misunderstandings we kindly ask you to fill in the specific document (inside the book)everything that has been damaged.

The amount of the bond can change at the end of vacation if the damage done costs much more than the amount of the bond itself.

3. Check in and check out

Check- in                  Mon- Fri from 13.00 – 15.00 & from 18.00 - 20.00

Arriving at Casa Gemma without having alerted about the arrival time can cause expectations. This incident can not be a reason for complains or claims for reimbursement.

In case of late check-in an extra charge of 20€ will be requested

Check- out                 Mon – Sun before 10.00 (A.M.)

In case of delay in arriving or departing not communicated before 30 days from the arrival, a 50€ finewill be applied to each day of delay.

Different times must be communicated while booking.

4. Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking with less thann 30 days from the arrival the deposit will not be refunded. In case of no-show, the total rental price is requested.

In the rare event that we are forced to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control, you can choose an alternative comparable accommodation. Should we not be able to provide a suitable replacement, we will reimburse the total amount you paid.

5. Final cleaning

Final cleaning are done at the end of vacation, as for the ch’ange of linen and towels. Weekly changes must be discussed when booking.

6. Animals

Small pets are allowed into the structure if provided of regular health card. We pretend that animals and animals’ owner respect hygiene in the property of Casa Gemma, both inside and outside.

7. Gas/ Electricity and water interruction

In case that gas, electricity and water were interrupted for external causes, Casa Gemma has no responsability in it and no refound will be paid for that.

8. Waste separation

At Casa Gemma there is the separate collection, best described in the attached document (provided upon arrival). The rooms are delivered clean and in order. The cost of the stay does not include the removal of waste, to be borne by the guest. The customer therefore agrees to return the apartment with the waste removed. To remove waste see the attached document inside the book.

In case customers leave waste inside the house a 50€ fee must be paid.
